Creator Finder

Find, save, and qualify creators whose audience context matches the product problem and launch hypothesis.

Product docs draft. Last updated May 21, 2026.

Creator Finder is contextual

Creator Finder should start from the selected opportunity, product idea, imported product, or launch batch. The goal is not a generic influencer list. The goal is a short list of creators whose audience already has the problem, language, trust context, and buying moment the product depends on.

Audience fit beats reach

Creator Finder should help you identify creators with audience pain alignment, not just large follower counts.

  • A smaller creator with the exact problem audience can be more useful than a broad creator with high reach.
  • Look for repeated audience questions, comment patterns, creator credibility, and natural product fit.
  • Follower count becomes more useful after the audience and offer fit are clear.

Match on context

The best matches usually share the audience, language, product category, and trust context needed to explain the offer naturally.

  • Audience pain should already appear in their content or comments.
  • The product should fit their normal recommendation style.
  • The relationship must be disclosed clearly.

Saved creators keep state

Saving a creator should preserve why they fit, where they came from, current contact state, notes, product context, and whether they are ready for a deal. Save does not mean outreach has been sent.

  • Use saved state for candidates worth review.
  • Use contact state for outreach attempts and responses.
  • Use deal creation only when terms and launch context are concrete enough to track.

Deal creation is a readiness moment

Creating a deal should move a qualified creator into Deal Room with commission terms, tracking, coupon or link context, deliverables, dates, and status. If those pieces are missing, the action should be blocked or ask for the missing context.

Use creators as learning partners

A creator can reveal objections, audience language, product gaps, and better packaging before a larger campaign begins.

  • Ask whether the product promise sounds natural for their audience.
  • Capture objections and alternate product angles as research evidence.
  • Feed useful creator feedback back into Product Studio, Launchpad, or Analytics.

What remains gated

Creator Finder should not imply that messages were sent, content was approved, terms were accepted, or creator traffic is live unless the underlying workflow records those events. Deferred actions should say what is still needed.

FAQ

Should we optimize only for follower count?

No. Reach matters after fit. A smaller creator with the right audience can produce better learning and cleaner conversion.

Can imported products use Creator Finder?

Yes. Existing products can enter Creator Finder when the product profile or import record includes enough audience, category, offer, and launch context to evaluate creator fit.

Does saving a creator send outreach?

No. Save should only preserve the prospect and fit rationale. Outreach, proposal, and deal status should be recorded separately.
